Bellata Gold Lemon Myrtle
Pumpkin & Chicken
INGREDIENTS
- 1 x 375g Packet of Bellata Gold Lemon Myrtle Fettuccine
- ½ butternut pumpkin
- 1 clove of garlic
- Olive Oil
- 1 cup of chopped roasted macadamia nuts
- 1 cup fresh coriander leaves
- ¾ cup freshly grated Parmesan Cheese
METHOD
Roast ½ butternut pumpkin cut into bite size pieces with a whole head of garlic, drizzled generously with Olive Oil. Toss cooked Bellata Gold Lemon Myrtle Pasta with a whole BBQ chicken cut into small pieces, roasted macadamia nuts and coriander leaves. Add pumpkin and peeled, roasted garlic and Parmesan Cheese.
Entertaining Tip: Serve pasta in 16oz Square Based Food Pails – perfect for a late-night party snack.
