Bellata Gold Spinach Fettuccine with

Snowpeas

Serving size: Serves 4

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Tsp Olive Oil
  • 1 small packet snowpeas
  • 1 Tsp thyme leaves
  • 375 g Bellata Gold Spinach Fettuccine 2 large ripe tomatoes, sliced
  • 200g smoked mozzarella cheese, sliced
  • Cracked black pepper

METHOD

Heat oil in a frypan over low heat. Add snowpeas and thyme and cook for 2 minutes.

Place pasta in a saucepan of boiling salted water and cook until al dente.

Place pasta onto serving plates and top with leek mixture, tomatoes, mozzarella and pepper. Place under a hot grill for 1 minute or until mozzarella is melted and golden.
