Based at the foothills of the Nandewar ranges in North-West New South Wales our farm Yatta is the inspiration for our new pasta range. Our Yatta range includes styles processed using traditional bronze extrusion, allowing sauces to stick better to the pasta. We are also very excited to be introducing some new styles;
