Bellata Gold Garlic, Basil & Celery
Linguine with Capers
Serving size: Serves 4-6
INGREDIENTS
375 g Bellata Gold Garlic, Basil & Celery Linguine
3 Tsp Olive Oil
2 Tsp Baby Capers
2 Tsp lemon Juice
4 Bocconcini sliced
Parmesan cheese shavings
Cracked black pepper
METHOD
Place pasta in a large saucepan of salted boiling water and cook until al dente. Drain and keep warm.
Place oil in a frypan over medium heat. Add capers and fry. Add lemon juice and toss through pasta. Place slices of bocconcini on serving plates. Top with Linguine and shavings of parmesan and a generous sprinkling of cracked pepper. Serve immediately.
