Shipping
All orders received will be processed and shipped the next business day. Shipped items should arrive within 2-3 days.
In regional and rural areas of Australia, delivery may take longer. A flat shipping rate is charged for all orders based on states below;
NSW / ACT / VIC / QLD - $7.50
SA/WA/TAS/NT - Please contact our head office for postage rates.
International shipping is also available. For shipping rates please contact our head office.
Returns Policy
We do not exchange or refund for change of mind or individual tastes. If for any reason your order is sent back to our office as a result of Bellata Gold being given an incorrect address or failure to collect the parcel, you will be responsible for any shipping charges for the return of your parcel.
